Pros

The other employees made the environment bearable. Runs on a "We're a Family" mentality. Growing company (Been in this status for the past few years)

Cons

Workload is an absolute nightmare depending on what team you're on. "Family" mentality drops the moment you drop the ball. Training is minimal. You're thrown to fend off the wolves. Asking for help is fine, but management will call you inept for not knowing what to do. I don't want to say favouritism, but definitely favouritism. You talk with the right people, and you're safe from any major consequences. Maybe a slap on the wrist while management tries to pin blame on someone. As the company currently stands, I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone at all. Having worked for a couple years, the technicians are treated like slaves. People in the office have some kind of superiority complex when talking to the technicians. Management spouts that the technicians are the "backbone" of the company, but office personnel actions say otherwise. Title changes are so frequent it doesn't mean anything except an update for your linkedin or resume when searching for another job.
