Pros
Good employee benefits and very nice co-workers. They have a good work out room and free parking and good location.
Cons
They are not loyal to their employees. Money is the prime objective. They recently laid off many people including really good employees who had given 25 and even 30+ years of service to them and were near retirement. Some of the management they kept are incompetent but were kept because they made less money than the people they laid off. Morale is very low and we never know where we stand with them.

Competitive Wages, clean environment and great co-workers.
Cons
*Mini-micro-management. They watch you on the camera's all day and night to make sure your not doing something wrong. *There is little to no training. *Ungrateful to those who have been here for decades. *No teamwork or collaboration. *Us against them mentality *Very young managers - as one employee put it "they have width (as in their education) but no depth (as in lived and life experience); which is invaluable in any scenario in life, especially the social services.
