      Supportive work culture & excellent work-life balance

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, flexibility, work environment and culture, career advancement opportunities, partner support, remote work opportunities, hrs within tax season are reasonable and outside tax season is mostly 36hrs a week. Compensated for all overtime.

      Cons

      I've been employed for numerous yrs now and I honestly have not encountered any cons. Reading thru other reviews and was shocked at the negative comments-they are definitely 1 offs, they do not describe CST as I experience it currently. This has been the best job I've ever had. The partners I work mostly with are amazing.

      Work-life balance, team environment, career path focus, excellent benefits, great location, competitive pay, bonus structure, referral bonus, WFH and hybrid options, great technology and software, wonderful work family, and excellent Partner Group!

      Pros

      They have an amazing team in HR. They work hard to make you feel appreciated and supported. Another great benefit is they allow remote work. They also offer an alternate schedule where you don’t have to work a full 40 hours in the downtime and a bonus structure if you work over the required minimum for that period. Not to mention, they have amazing employee benefits package.

      Cons

      Working remote can sometimes feel lonely but there are many pros that outweigh that.
