Pros
They have an amazing team in HR. They work hard to make you feel appreciated and supported. Another great benefit is they allow remote work. They also offer an alternate schedule where you don’t have to work a full 40 hours in the downtime and a bonus structure if you work over the required minimum for that period. Not to mention, they have amazing employee benefits package.
Cons
Working remote can sometimes feel lonely but there are many pros that outweigh that.
