      Pros

      There are some fantastic people at CST. Every department within CST contains some people who can absolutely make your day and do seem to care about the job.

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start. There is a revolving door on the building for a reason; new managers come and go with such lightening speed you can't figure out who is who. Everything you do on your PC monitored 100%, and minutes are counted to determine your performance. Micromanagement is an extreme. Staff turnover is unbelievable. Incredibly top heavy. Prepare to have 6 or 7 bosses to report to.

      Unbelievably bad decisions in such a short period of time. Unlikely to survive intact.

      Pros

      Good products, when they can build them right and trust employees.

      Cons

      New regime was brought in to sell the company (this is not a trade secret, read the newspaper articles about their Bankruptcy filings and interviews with CEO). They failed. Now they have closed plants, lost key employees and along with it the knowledge gained over the last few decades. They tried to make numbers on paper look better but the reality is in the Bankruptcy filing and closing of historically profitable production facilities. Sad to see but they are a victim of their own incompetence.
