Zero Diversity: there are no women or minorities at Director levels or above, all C-suite & VPs are middle aged white men. No career advancement opportunities if you aren’t in the clique (or if you are female, minority, or over age 45) Ungodly level of turnover in all departments because management does not value people. HR is a joke; only there to protect the status quo and ensure that upper Mgmt gets their bonuses.
