Competitive salaries, stock prices are soaring, 401K returns are extraordinary

Cons

Upper management at odds with union employees. Vacation doesn't mean you work fewer days in the year; you cover for your coworkers when they take vacation and they do the same when you take vacation. Management can be forced to work 7 days/week without additional compensation.
