Pros
CLS is a place where the people care about the clients and work hard for them. We are trying to make a difference in the world using our skills as attorneys and support staff. The management supports are really great for young attorneys. The pay is great for a nonprofit and the benefits are amazing.
Cons
Sometimes the clients aren't in a great place, understandably. The staff are all passionate advocates so we have to resolve our disagreements with care for each other !!
