Didn't receive the contract until the day I started the new role, this is when you learn of the 1 year probation period and 40 hour working week and asked to sign on the spot.. Company IT setup wasn't seamless which impacted general day to day work. Lack of company processes which caused confusion amongst teams, even the slightest task meant you need clarification from 5 different people.... I think the company wanted to grow and progress but didn't have the people with the right skill set in the drivers seat. There is some politics within teams which is not beneficial for a small company.

Upper management who only care about lining their own pockets. Ridiculous probation period of 1 year. Barely achievable bonus scheme that when it did pay out was an amount which was a kick in the teeth for the staffs efforts. Only heard from MD of Business Travel when they had something to moan about. Pretence of caring about clients, which from what I could see did not happen in reality.
