      Pros

      Supportive Coworkers: The team culture among peers is generally positive. Many coworkers are collaborative, approachable, and willing to help each other out—especially when management support is lacking. Exposure to Clients/Projects: You may get the chance to work directly with clients or on important projects early on, which can build experience quickly (though this often comes without proper compensation or recognition).

      Cons

      Broken Promises on Compensation: Raises and promotions are often promised but not delivered. Lack of Transparency: Communication around salary, workload expectations, and company direction is unclear. Decisions are often made behind closed doors, and employees are left in the dark. Underappreciation of Effort: Employees who go above and beyond often don't see recognition or fair compensation, while others doing less may be paid more. This creates a frustrating imbalance and low morale. Burnout Culture: The workload can be intense, with little regard for mental health or work-life balance. Burnout is common, and leadership doesn’t seem to take it seriously. Limited Growth Opportunities: There’s little room for career development unless you push relentlessly.
