Cons
Worst management they don't know how to run the company. Those who all are staying with them without contributing to the company they all are good resource. They get hike promotion and all on time. If female employees apply for maternity leave then they will terminate that employee immediately. Saying that bad performance. They won't respond for your BGV and they won't process your F & F payment until you do vigorous follow up . Overall CTD is Cheating company I don't recommend CTD even for my enemy too.
