      Exercise caution before joining this company. Layoffs can happen abruptly and without warning — you could grab a cup of coffee, sit at your desk, and find yourself laid off moments later. Job security here appears to be highly uncertain

      1. Solid health care benefits. 2. Lots of great and talented people to work with. 3. This may be the right place for you if you are looking for stability.

      Cons

      1. No performance review so it's hard to reflect your hard work on your paycheck. 2. Everything seems to be urgent and lots of time the deadline is crazily short. 3. Developer is usually treated as overhead instead of asset in the company.
