Try to avoid CT calls from recruitment team

Cons: Lot of things to explain 1. Before joining to CT, Read HR policies properly. Otherwise your career will be in trouble. 2. Hikes every 1.5 years they are going to give. Variable Pay component: Remember, While joining itself confirm with HR when it will get every 6 months or not? I have been working from past 1 year i did not get as of now. If we ask, they are saying management has to decide. God knows that, when it will get to us. 3. Parking for 2 wheeler, They don't provide 2 wheeler parking for new employees. You need to park your vehicle at your own risk at outside. If anything happens to your vehicle CT is not responsible. But those who are close with Admin and HR team they are getting company provided parking slots. 4. Reliance Jio is providing unlimited internet, But in CT is saving that that internet for future generations . Because they are not providing internet to the employees. 5. Cafeteria: Excellent place for lunch. Maximum 20 members can have lunch at a time. We need to wait until those guys has to finish. Otherwise you need to change your lunch time 3:30 PM 6. Inoc Team provided excellent Laptops to employees which are already been used by someone more than 6 years old. If anything happens to that outdated laptops they are going to charge more than market value. 7. CT is also known as internet cafe in Hi-tech City 8. If you are selected in CT, For one project, you will get at-least 4 managers. We do not know whom we need to follow.
