Inadequate onboarding. Cliquish culture. Termination process lacks basic fairness.
Onboarding was inadequate. I was scheduled on shifts before required certifications were complete, asked by coworkers to perform personal care tasks independently without supervision, and received no formal supervisory support despite being in active training.
The workplace culture is cliquish and if you are not part of the established inner circle you will find that out quickly.
When my employment ended the termination documentation contained fabricated claims from other staff that I formally disputed.
I voluntarily provided my account to both my supervisor and Human Resources. None of what I shared was reflected in the final documentation.
The individuals who live here deserve staff who are properly trained, supported, and treated fairly. The culture I experienced does not serve them well. I hope management figures that out.
