toxic environment, no recognition and no appreciation from management. No career growth in this company. big turnover in every department. the company only hire immigrants because of low pay. the salary is under market. No company benefit at all!

A revolving-door of staff telling of how poor the vulture is.

Being able to earn enough money to just survive above the poverty line.

Cons

It's a horrible place. Everyone is always leaving and staff bring in new batches. You really feel like you're expendable. Employees only have a once a year salary increase and it's very minimal. I have never worked for a company so disorganised and unprofessional in all my working career. My advice is be very wary if you go to work with CTG, Watch your pay and get onto the matter asap if there are problems with the pay.
