Pros

Decent benefits, nice office, and good place to get sponsored for a security clearance

Cons

Mediocre pay, bad work / life balance, stuffy corporate environment, mundane projects, and complete lack of positive leadership at all levels

I am sorry to hear that your experience at CTI was not the experience you had hoped for. We do strive to take feedback from both current and recent employees to help improve our policies and procedures. We have recently taken positive steps in some of the areas mentioned, such as: in-depth salary analysis to ensure fair pay, implementing policies to help encourage a better work/life balance and the earnest researching of methods to allow employees to give feedback while still here that will enhance the relationships they have with senior and executive management.

Amazing group of people with incredible engineering talent

Cons

Senior Leadership doesn't have a firm grasp on the companies identity or strategy. The finances of the company are operated almost entirely opaque to the rest of the company making it impossible for people to understand the challenges it faces and how to contribute

Pros

None. Extremely toxic work environment but unfortunately took some time to figure that out for myself. Divided leadership and personal agenda's take precedence over what is in the best interest of the company and the employees.

Cons

This company claims to praise themselves on work like balance and morale but leadership is very poor with delegating responsibilities and coming up with collaborative solutions to every day problems. They put a band aid on everything because they don't make investments into the processes, tools or people. There was more efforts in trash talking the employees and being as vindictive as possible when they wanted to get someone out. Misery loves company. This company is posturing themselves to sell and has no long term growth/future plans that will protect the employees.
