      Consistent work. Routine. They have pto and insurance. Multi cultural/diverse work staff. Government contracts.

      Cons

      Poor work instruction. Corruption and nepotism from the top down. Lack of care for the people actually making the company money. Product errors were met with 'quantity not quality'
