      Biased leadership will ignore your hard work if they don't like you

      My coworkers were great, but the company itself was the problem.

      Cons

      - Leadership is deeply biased and completely unfair. - You can outperform everyone around you, work harder, and deliver better results, but without connections or favoritism, none of it will ever be acknowledged or rewarded. - Effort means nothing here unless you are already in the right circle, and merit is ignored outright. - It is a discouraging and infuriating environment where hard work is wasted. - This is not a place worth investing your time in.

      The company is just a glorified sweatshop!

      Pros

      My coworkers have been incredibly supportive, so I've been able to handle all the stress thrown my way so far. Employees also receive a couple of benefits, which is neat, but that's where the pros end, unfortunately. My experience with CTS has been frustrating and disappointing. If there is a company you should avoid at all costs, it's CTS Cement Manufacturing.

      Cons

      I don't know why this company hasn't been reported yet, because the way employees are being treated here is abysmal! Management doesn't show us any respect; we're treated as nothing more than tools for them to use, and our well-being is merely an afterthought for them! Brutal workloads, impossible expectations, tight deadlines, long hours, and zero support are what I've had to deal with ever since I started working here, and the fact that I'm treated as less than human certainly doesn't help! The salary is also pretty terrible, and doesn't help! The salary is also pretty, and doesn't reflect our workloads at all! With how terribly we're being treated, and how awful our salaries are, the company is practically just a glorified sweatshop!

      Terrible Work Conditions and Complete Disregard For Employees

      Pros

      Not the worst if you are desperate, but any better opportunity should be taken immediately.

      Cons

      Workloads are brutal and unrelenting, hours are excessively long, and employees are shown no respect. Staff are treated as nothing more than numbers, and failing to meet expectations even once can cost your job by the end of the month.
