Pros

They gave people a chance at employment who had no relevant experience. Casual office environment.

Cons

There is no room to grow within the company, but maybe a small chance if you are in the WA office. Employees are expected to take on an increasing amount of responsibility and statement of work without support, training, or compensation. The employees who are compensated are the ones who stick around after others quit or are let go. Employees are extremely underpaid per market comparisons. There are no performance evaluations or set compensation reviews. It was not an open door culture and the stability of the company was very uneasy. The future looked very shaky and was shown in moved by the company, such as a huge layoff. The culture in the office was toxic. The training was insufficient and it was every man/woman for themselves. There was no team building which made it hard to improve skills.

Pros

Free parking, travel opportunities (but ONLY if you're favored by the president), might get a raise if someone gets fired.

Cons

Fear mongering management, to the point where you fear going to the doctor during work hours. Toxic work environment where random office staff keeps tabs on each other's workload and contributions, gossip, nepotism, EXTREMELY low salaries compared to the company GP and president salary. BARELY ANY commission for recruiters compared to other more reputable recruiting firms,. Management is so out of touch- they know nothing about the modern industry practices, but insist they know everything. 8 hour meetings where the President screams at you for doing your job the best you can. Sexist and questionable practices.
