You get an hour long lunch and two 10 minute breaks, a Monday-Friday schedule, a desk job with minimal things to do.

Cons

Leads are impossible Management is horrible Boring work Hostile work environment Quota is impossible to reach when management wont spend money on new leads. Once you havent meet quota for so long they will start to send you home early even just an hour or two into your shift and possibly drop your pay rate to minimun wage. Everyone is back stabbing and two faced. A lot of people are felons and have records so they here basically hire any one because Its so hard to keep people there. Do not do it.
