Pros

none this company is up to something weird ... real companies cant stay profitable running themselves the way they do... its very suspicious.

Cons

Everything - requirements to get a job their are 1 : heartbeat , will employ dam near anyone so you can just imagine... will lie to get you to sign up , then the truth comes out. They tell you you will work in one area then have you driving an hour one-way to get to your job site which you aren't paid for this time and speaking of pay... good luck getting paid!!! good luck even getting them to explain the pay structure never mind that its completely fabricated by them... comcast pays them per job period.. you will NOT find a document that explains it i asked every person i could find including the billing dept. you even have to supply your own tools! they say tools are supplied what they don't tell you till you start is they are deducted from your pay!!!! you are basically a contractor without contractor pay or freedom. just horrible the worst job I've ever had. minus training i lasted a week. the final straw was when MY 150 dollar drill broke because i was drilling through concrete all day long and I was expected to just go buy another one before seeing dime one and no guarantee i would ever see it...when it was pay day half the guys didn't see a check cause it was "delayed in the mail"!!!! reimbursement for your tool? hahaha not a chance bud...and GAS???? LOLOLOL i was actually told to use my own money at one point because their "system" was messed up i laughed in their face.. they aren't honest and make sure you don't have the 411 to properly do paper-work... this way they get paid from Comcast but you don't see a dime and they can blame it on your mistake even though they get paid flat rates per job and their pay is guaranteed has NOTHING to do with what the technician bills that is strictly an internal thing they do to screw you out of your hard earned money... Comcast doesn't see that nor do they care. this company honestly should be investigated.. something isn't right there.

Pros

Freedom, you get to work on your own. You get to meet a lot of great people, if you do a good job. Also if you do a good job you will make a lot of money. I averaged 70k a year. The other reviewers probably did not do a good job, it is totally performance based. If you damage someone's house or do poor work you pay for it, if you do good work you get paid and even get tips, simple as that. I enjoyed the physical work, I lost 20 pounds in 6 months.

Cons

You have to work Saturday guaranteed and sometimes Sundays. It will be long hours but that is also based on YOU. When you get good, you get off earlier. It is rough when you first start, you will work a lot and you will not make as much money, that's how the cable business is. The better you get, the more you make and the shorter your hours get The other reviewer's comment about training and qualification is true. In 6 years i learned a ton about cable, internet, networking, and telephone but it was all on the job and not a single certification. They did not have medical/dental when I was there so i just got my own Blue Cross. Not that bad then but with Obamacare that would be bad now.
