      Pros

      Benefits, time off, paid holidays, senior management actually cares about all employees (not just the supervisors and managers). Annual survey results are thoroughly reviewed and they take immediate action to address employee concerns

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunity (when you do move, it's normally a lateral move with no salary increase). Work can become tedious and boring, especially in the "off season".

      Great people. Care about their job. As well as very knowledgeable.

      Managment Not trustworthy. Looks at underpaying valued employees as cost savings. Lack of transparency.

      Toxic middle management has ruined a great company

      Pros

      None. It use to be a family oriented, ethical company. Now that new middle management is in place it is a toxic place to work.

      Cons

      Management is the reason for the high turn over in such a small company. Middle management is well known for bully tactics and micromanagement. All of the managers talk about each other behind their backs which does nothing but feed the drama for the entire office.
