Extremely bad management, lots of gossip, overstepping boundaries towards female workers, gossip, no flexible work hours, no real career chances within the company

Some amazing colleagues that know the industry very well - hopefully they got to better companies by now.

Cons

Terrible image for working in the gaming industry. Jealous females, males with inappropriate behaviour, feels like high school - or kindergarden. Good team leads get degraded because management does not want to receive advice. HR and management overchallenged by confusion, gossip and petty complaints from workers that bring all their private shortcomings to work.

The environment was friendly and fun and there were real possibilities of growing fast to management positions

Cons

Over time it became clear they preferred unexperienced people to pay them less. People were unsure if they would have had a job the next week.
