      Great place to get experience in any department. Remember, good or bad experience is a learning experience that'll propel you to your ideal career.

      Cons

      Always "fire fighting" due to years of poor engineering and management practices. Can hardly advance into meaningful projects without someone on the phone about the sky falling somewhere.
