The worst job I’ve ever had- seriously

Pros

None. This was by far the worst job I’ve ever had in my life.

Cons

The core problem at this company is the CEO. His behavior sets a tone that is chaotic, unpredictable, and consistently unprofessional. Communication often comes in the form of public criticism, sarcasm, or outbursts, creating a work atmosphere filled with tension and fear rather than productivity. There is no trust in the people hired, leading to constant pressure, burnout, and a revolving door of employees who simply cannot function in this environment. It’s not surprising that so many staff members describe the workplace as “toxic”. No amount of talent or hard work can overcome the instability created at the top. The dysfunction is not a misunderstanding it is embedded in the leadership style.

Pros

Great work life balance where overtime is recognized and rewarded. Everyone eats lunch together in the kitchen area. Great pay and benefits (paid employee health benefits, good PTO policies etc), The people are really friendly.

Cons

Room to improve since it started as a small firm and has grown rapidly.

Pros

None. Stay away if you like yourself.

Cons

Everything. CEO is a difficult man who screams and curses everyone out all the time. People are either just desensitized or too terrified to speak up. The most demeaning place to work. All the money in the world wouldn’t make this a nice place to work but it’s the reason people may suck it up. That and the fact that the job market is scary right now. Work life balance is garbage sit in a chair for 10 hour days and also be available to be yelled at 24/7.
