Pros
CVL is a good company that supports their employees and has a good office atmosphere. Your work will be appreciated and there is a lot of room for growth, especially for engineers.
Cons
Not the most progressive company in terms of things like maternity/paternity leave, and supporting people's request to work from home. Some people have had to buy laptops out of their own money in order to work from home.
