      Attentive and empathetic business managers, possibility to give preferences for missions, good HR, lots of training, excellent benefits

      Cons

      Difficult to increase salary, for the rest no problems

      Pros

      I had good job opportunities, could develop myself and access to companies I always wanted to work for. I had freedom to take jobs I was motivated for, and interim does not mean fired as in other consulting companies

      Cons

      Management / HR are a bit uppish
