      Pros

      The doctors are excellent and I enjoyed my coworkers.

      Cons

      This company doesn't care about the employees or patients. The focus is on getting as many people through the doors as possible. Most long term employees are related to management. Favoritism is rampant. You only get ahead by boot licking/sucking up. High turnover. Most people only last 9-12 mos before they quit or are fired. You are treated like a slave, and heaven forbid you speak up. Run, don't walk, away from this company as an employer.

      Get the training, and leave asap.

      Full time hours, free training provided, mileage compensation, free eye exams.

      Cons

      Over booking, understaffed, stressful, nepotism with promotions, managers have favorites who get away with doing almost nothing.
