The Addison Group has ruined this Company. The original partners are fleeing or are "checked out"as a result of being managed by the Addison Group since their buy out . The Direct Hire President in Texas is a royal blow hard and lies about everything. The CEO seems too cool for school (wanna be hipster).The turnover and inability to hire and train new talent is driving this business down, down, down! Their are big billers in but their willingness to help new people is a big fat zero. No training! No career advancement AT ALL!

The acquisition of CVPartners by Addison Group was strategic in nature and we have been able to expand the scope of leadership roles. We are sorry to hear you felt you could not advance your career. Addison Group is focused on organic growth and each year we promote employees to open new lines of business and branches. Massages? Happy hours? Free alcohol? Gym? Free breakfast. Nice suite. Clean. Close to a lot of great lunch spots. Close to public transportation.

Cons

Bad Management. Cliquey. Benefits terrible. PTO policy horrible. A lot of work for little pay. Sex sells right? Employees in 6 inch heels hustling for business.
