Office is unkept, dated, smells Company website is from the 80's Managing Director is an absolute joke, thinks she knows everything and talks down to everyone, unless you suck up to her, if you're good at that you'll get a promotion, she thinks works with everyone in the business, she works with ok brands for low % fees, so rude (blood boiling even thinking about her) long hours, told off if you're 2-3 minutes late terrible atmosphere, mostly girls in the company so not much diversity

Very cliquey office environment Directors are very unprofessional Lack of training (only received 4 hours on my first day) GDPR regulations not followed Outdated database Really bad reputation with previous Clients Dirty office with one of the Directors leaving clothes, shoes and makeup around her desk which was in clear view of reception
