      -Salary is higher than most local firms and they pay overtime - Parking is covered by the firm - Many opportunities for college graduates to advance career

      Cons

      - Not all employees are treated equally, some are intentially given easier engagements with more staff. - Managers pick and choose which employees they assist - Job duties, promotions, and raises are not given at the same time. Many employees (including managers) are given promotions with no raise or company wide announcements
