      Pros

      They treat all of their employees very well and keep true to the values of the organization. Everyone is passionate about the work that they do and is constantly looking for ways to make the city better!

      Cons

      I really can't think of one- compared to other jobs, especially compared from the private sector, it really is a great experience.
