      Pros

      Leaders were great, colleagues were down-to-earth. Most people worked 9/80 schedule (9-hour shifts with alternating Fridays off) and 1 day remote. Job seemed pretty stable since in such a niche industry (servicing wastewater professionals)

      - Great leadership and management - Great work-life balance - Hybrid options are available - Fair compensation for the type of work - Renu and Jenn are great at their jobs and awesome bosses! - lots of job stability
