      A "Last Resort" Company to Work For

      Pros

      If you like 100% commission jobs where you are making lists of all your friends and family to sell insurance, this could be the right place for you. They have lots of free parking and are conveniently located.

      Cons

      Lots of fake employees posting nice things about this company, including this website. So obvious that it is fake, because fake ones are all posted in bunches of 3 or 4 posts on same date. This tells you a lot about the company and its mindset. Management has no clue about how to manage or how to support their advisors, which makes me wonder "why I must pay a big monthly fee to work here? What am I paying for?" Advisors are constantly quitting because they pay among the lowest in the entire industry.

To address your concerns: Our Financial Advisors' have a unique compensation structure when it is compared to other similar positions within the industry, our employees enjoys a compensation that includes a monthly tiered income, commission, bonus, and a pension system based on years of service. As of 2015, our company is at an 89% retention rate which is the highest in the market. Our employees are happy with the level of support they get from management, the culture, and the numerous business opportunities that we have for our advisors. To better service our clients, besides insurance, we have now expanded our business services and opportunities to include: general insurance, investments, banking solutions, mortgages, real estate and immigration and are anticipating to add more to our services and product lines. At CWF Group, we provide a holistic view of our clients’ financial portfolio. As for discouraging our advisors to speak with the partners, since we have over 84 business partners, unfortunately, with the limited amount of time, not every advisor is able to speak with all our partners. However we have encouraged all our partners to come more frequently and meet with our advisors more to help build relationships with them.       Pros

      - if you like selling useless life insurance products/scamming people into buying then this is the right job for you - easy interview process

      Cons

      - poor management (e.g. when asked how you could get clients to start, they simply say "ask your family and friends") - only commission based (lets be realistic here) - you pay monthly fees (scamming your own employees?) - no real support for employees (most of the time you pay for any additional ideas to gain clients) - being creative and insightful is not rewarded (If you have great ideas, best not to share) - they self rate on these websites to look good when they are simply not

      I have been working at CWF Group full-time for less than a year

      Pros

      I have been a small business owner for over 20 years and decided to give CWF Group a try. This is an amazing business opportunity without the high cost that most start ups require. The level of integrity in my office is amazing! I have been able to help several families in my first 6 months and made a nice income as well.

      Cons

      People need to understand that this is a business, not a job. A few people that tried it and failed love to bash the opportunity publicly but they need to grow up and get over it. It’s not for everyone.
