Office attire is business casual.

Cons

There has been a problem with direct deposit 7 of the 9 months do far. It's very inconvenient to pay bills when you have automatic payments set up and depending on your paycheck hitting your bank when it should.

- great team - very talented supervisors - a lot of freedom

Cons

- a lot of freedom (you have to manage yourself more then in a usual job but that is just part of beeing a PhD)

Great facilities and good research environment. Very good support from administrative stuff (however, this may differ between groups).

Cons

The food is extremely bad if you're not used to the dutch cuisine. It is not a classical beautiful university building.
