      Pros

      The company offers a very supportive and positive working environment. Colleagues, managers, and cross-functional teams I have worked with (including HR, IT, and CS) are consistently helpful, kind, and collaborative. Although the company provides flexibility to work either from the office or from home, it also fosters a culture where people can stay connected, engage with one another, and share experiences. This balance makes the workplace both comfortable and motivated

      Working at this company has been a valuable experience overall. The organization provides a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to grow both professionally and personally.
