Supportive and people-focused workplace with a strong culture of trust
Pros
I've had a very positive experience working at CXG. One thing that stood out to me from the beginning is how nice and supportive people are across the organization. For others, it may appear challenging for a global company with diverse nationalities and multiple time zones to collaborate, but I can attest that everyone in CXG is very approachable, generally willing to help, and it's easy to work with colleagues from different teams. I also appreciate the transparency in the company culture. Personally, I have not experienced any political environment, and I've found that even senior leaders, HR, higher management are approachable and genuinely willing to talk and listen. It's refreshing to work in a place where employees are treated equally, feel heard, and where opinions and feedback are valued. If you consistently deliver results and put in the effort, your contributions do not go unnoticed. From what I have experienced, the company recognizes hard work and performance fairly through recognition and reward. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn beyond your own role, especially if you're curious and proactive about understanding how different departments operate. One thing I want to highlight is the hybrid setup at CXG, which reflects how much the company values efficiency and results over strict rules. I am fortunate to have supportive managers specifically in my region who trust their team members and focus on outcomes rather than micromanaging daily tasks. They give the autonomy and space to do the work while remaining available whenever support is needed. This level of trust creates a positive and productive working environment for me. Regarding work-life balance, management understands the importance of personal time and is generally supportive when employees need time off, which I truly appreciate. In my previous jobs, taking leave or requesting time off often felt difficult or stressful. At CXG, communication is much more open, and it's easy to discuss personal needs with management. This level understanding helps employees maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life while still staying committed to their responsibilities.
Cons
Like any growing business, work can become demanding during peak seasons, and workloads may increase significantly at times. However, I believe that in CXG, expectations are generally reasonable (you can always voice out and talk about it), and with proper prioritization, teamwork, and time management, it remains manageable while providing valuable learning opportunities.
