Pros

The role can be challenging but very rewarding, no two days are the same because of the diversity of our customers. The vast majority are grateful for our help, it makes my day when a customer contacts me to say they were successful in finding a new job. The team are incredibly supportive and always willing to assist each other, share their knowledge and particularly welcoming to new staff. CXK encourages continuous professional development it’s an organisation where everyone from the CEO herself are approachable and always have time for their staff.

Cons

We do have targets which can be daunting but we are extremely well supported to achieve.
