Great company for anyone looking to join a fast-paced, growing commercial real estate firm. The new corporate office is top notch. The company frequently covers costs for CRE related training, webinars, and networking events year round. There is no shortage of resources. Company puts a strong focus on technology, marketing and research, putting the company's agents on a good path to find and win deals.

No cons stand out. The company has high expectations from its employees which is to be expected considering the extensive amount of resources at our disposal.
