The person who made the review on December 18 is totally correct. You can bust your rear for this company and get nowhere. The way the territories are set up is rather ridiculous, because if you get a good lead that takes you to a state you do not cover, you have to drop it to someone who has that state. Senior reps are grossly favored, new reps are given crap leads, and crap territories and verticals. Unless you are a total rear end kisser with upper management you won’t ever get past that. They expect you to attend all of their corporate “functions” (bowling etc) which are normally held in Syracuse which for those who are in Rochester, it’s super inconvenient. But if you don’t participate during your off work hours, they think you aren’t a team player.
