No structure, no processes, unstable management. No clear feedback, followed by sudden decisions. Very low flexibility, poor work-life balance, and constant pressure. Unclear expectations, late-night and weekend messages, and a tense work environment. Difficult collaboration across teams. Impossible to succeed in these conditions.
