Overload of work Training takes forever Owner is MIA doesn't know what is going on. Manager doesn't carry her weight with work task. No creativity allowed Closers get slammed with all the work Only get 2 shirts even though it is a required uniform. You will have to buy all the rest through your stay there.

-Because it is a growing company, they like to hear ideas from mid management. -Free coffee and food. -Started off as a great place to work before the decision making was passed down.
Cons
-Mid management employees often get caught in the middle of a rock and a hard place (advocating for the team members and having to enforce rules from above). -Too many personal problems between team members of upper management. -No benefits other than a simple IRA and free drinks/food.
