      Pros

      Minimal supervision or micromanagement, as long as deadlines are being met. Flexibility with schedule.

      Cons

      Management is one-sided and employees are expendable. No positive feedback given to employees. No sense of a team environment, upper management allowed to slander other coworkers on a continual basis with no repercussions.
