      Opportunities and support from the company to develop if you wish to. Supportive, helpful and friendly people.

      Cons

      Some processes can be improved for efficiency and clarity but if something is not clear you always get support when you ask.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working at CASS, you get what you put it in. Was trained from scratch, was earning between £750 to £1100 pw. Self employed, you manage and supervise your performance. Compliant driven company.

      Cons

      Self employed, you have to work to earn your keep. You put in your hours, no set time. It’s not a 9 - 5. You really work to earn you money.
