Pros

Great people. Nice renovated offices, perfect location.

Cons

Company has grown too fast. HR is not in place and there is no real company culture and team building. Tech is buggy and not well thought through. Unclear goals and project management is still trying to find ways of getting features out quick while having some type of quality control.

Great team and people. Startup in a larger organisation allows for a lot of freedom and decision making authority to define your role, job and the future of the company. Great office and location! Potential to be part of the redefinition of the transportation sector is a very nice challenge.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a startup; very flat (undefined) organisation structure, culture under development, focus is on delivering fast which results in some wrong decision making (in hindsight). Lack of communication of clear goals.

-Great coworkers -Close to subway and other forms of public transport(2 minute walk at most)

Cons

-Bosses will not have your back. -Bad pay -Constant stress -Systems break constantly -Theres is no room for failure. -stagnant salary and no way to grow your career.
