      Very poor management and bullying

      Some good team members Staff parking

      Managers with history of bullying their staff. Reported to HR, nothing happens. Good luck to you if you find yourself under one of these horrible people. My advice, if you see red flags then start looking elsewhere. It will run you down, burn you out. There are better jobs out there. Not worth your mental health to stay in a toxic environment. This has been happening for years and Cabrini seems to not really care, as long as the money is rolling in.

      The patients here can be lovely

      - Toxic environment that HR and management are aware of but do nothing about - Lack of career progression - Bullying behaviour must be encouraged, since reports of bullying are dismissed, and at times the victims are required to apologise to their offenders - High turnover speaks for itself - Pay is not good; this is true in all healthcare, but there is absolutely nothing done to demonstrate appreciation of employees - Severe discrepancy between values and reality - Doctors don’t document plans
