      Pros

      If you love baking, it's an ideal job theoretically.

      Cons

      Management acts like a bunch of kindergarteners. As long as you do as they say and never criticize (this includes constructive criticism), they love you. If you happen to make that mistake, you will be hunted, bullied and demoralized in the hopes that you will resign.

      If you love baking, you get to work in the area of your passion.

      Cons

      They will treat you like crap if you dare to critize them in any way, shape or form, or if you have the balls to stand up for yourself. Eventually, they will do anything in their power to make your work life miserable hoping you will hand in your resignation.
