Good technology and a great team to work with. Good work life balance
Cons
The company does not honor promised compensation. They randomly start paying half salary and force employees to take stocks instead. Every piece of design is redesigned multiple times after most of the coding done. Code is never reviewed and mostly written by junior folks

Being a startup we also had our own tough time and because of the employees and management, we managed to overcome all the challenges and got back on the track. Thanks again for supporting us in that period.
