      Pros

      Weekly paycheck. Quarterly bonuses although I don't believe that will last much longer. Some good people to work with. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      All you are basic doing is feeding a machine for 10-12 hours a day. Gets very boring very quickly. As an hourly employee you are allowed no privileges. You are only allowed to have water at your machine while you watch all the office people sit at their desks eating snacks drinking coffee and soft drinks while playing on Facebook. You're nothing but a replaceable number to management.

      Pros

      It is inside and climate controlled.Most of the hourly employees are friendly and helpful.Fairly diverse workforce,but could be improved in that area.

      Cons

      Management needs to do less criticizing and needs to do more team building.I always felt like they regarded hourly workers as a nuisance rather than the backbone of the company.There are more engineers and mangagement than people to make parts and do work.And FAR too much overtime !
