The market is challenging, and that makes the role quite exciting. You are in the middle of technology developments, and it's good to see so much possible with technology that the company provides.

Cons

Small organization, but the leaders are highly biased, lack a wider vision, and don't value all employees equally. Some direct reports were/are related to certain managers. The leadership encourages such conflict of interest, unabashedly. It doesn't appear like a fair working environment. There is no women in tech concept here. The company doesn't place efforts in enabling diversity.
